Introduction:
The core of the city was built as far back as 1100 years ago. Most of the layout, the narrow streets and the charm of long ago are still intact in many places. This is the reason that most of this tour is on foot.
Once we have picked you up in your hotel we will take you (by public transport, or the transport of your choice) to the city center. You will then see the Wenceslas Square with the equestrian statue of our patron saint St. Wenceslas, the oldest building of the Charles University "Karolinum", founded in 1348, the Old Town Square with the statue of Jan Hus, our reformer, view the Estates Theater where Mozart performed his famous "Don Giovanni", the Astronomical Clock (Orloj), the Jewish Quarter, Charles Street, which was part of the coronation route of the kings. You walk over the oldest bridge, Charles Bridge, built in 1357, visit the famous Infant Jesus of Prague at the Church of our lady the Victorious and visit the beautiful Wallenstein Gardens (closed in the winter). Return to your hotel or stay in the city on your own. Your professional guide will be happy to help.
